Effective 8 October 2026
Pogo Assist+ is made by Gregory Scott, trading as Tekun Labs ("we"). Contact: info@tekunlabs.com.
Pogo Assist+ reads your own Pokémon GO storage from a screen broadcast that you start on your iPhone, and keeps a list ("box") of the Pokémon it read, with their CP, HP, appraisal bars and the app's advice. It does this on your phone.
The app has no account or sign-in. It does not collect your name, email address, location, contacts, photos, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage analytics or purchase history. It does not use third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs, and it does not track you across other apps or websites.
Your boxes, scan recordings, scan results, settings and the names you give your accounts are stored only on your iPhone, in the app's own storage. Deleting the app deletes them. Exports and shared files (CSV, Markdown, scan logs) leave the phone only when you choose to share them with another app or person, and go only where you send them.
The "Make scans better" button sends a scan report to us so we can improve how the app reads the screen. Nothing is sent unless you tap Send. A report contains this scan's reading log and result: the Pokémon read and any nicknames shown on screen, your answers when you reviewed the scan and later corrections to those Pokémon, the date and time of the scan, the storage count, how the scan was paged and timed, later removals of its Pokémon, the app version, your phone model, iOS version, screen size and language, and whatever you type in the optional note. The report has no account-name field and no device or advertising identifier, so your account name appears only if it is a nickname on screen or you type it in the note. The report contains no screen images. We keep reports only to debug and improve the reader and delete them when they are no longer needed for that. They are stored with our hosting provider; we do not sell them or share them with anyone else.
The broadcast extension receives the frames of your screen only while a broadcast you started is running, and only to read Pokémon cards from them. Frames are read on the phone and are not kept or sent. The app never reads, changes or acts in Pokémon GO.
The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no personal information from anyone.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted at this address with a new effective date.
